As a
Maintenance Electrician , you will play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for machinery, lighting, and facilities. Safety and quality are at the core of everything we do, and we’re looking for individuals who share that commitment.
What You'll Do:
Ensure all electrical work meets local codes and safety standards
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant electrical systems to minimize downtime
Oversee and maintain high-voltage substations, performing mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Train and mentor electricians in lower classifications to strengthen the team
Work safely in elevated areas and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Take proactive steps to boost productivity and reduce delays
Perform tasks with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety regulations
Work independently, using the right tools to get the job done correctly
Identify and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency
Bring a team-focused, positive attitude to exceed customer expectations
Support environmentally responsible practices in daily operations

What We Need from You:
Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits, motor generator principles, and control theory
Knowledge of electrical codes, installations, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Experience with control devices, high-voltage maintenance, and troubleshooting
Skilled in motor, drive, and coupling alignment
Proficiency in panel building, machine rewiring, reading schematics, and modifying electrical systems
Commitment to electrical safety best practices and basic PC operation
