Production Saw & Machine (PSM) specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions through personal attention to customer cutting and machining needs. We produce high and low-volume precision CNC machined parts for automotive suppliers, military, industrial equipment, agricultural, and heavy truck industries.
Family-owned and operated since 1975, we recently acquired Jackson Grinding Co.-a move that reflects our strong growth potential and the health of our company.

Position: CNC Machine Operator – Long Run Team We're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver precision and quality.
What You'll Do
Operate CNC machines: load raw stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, make offsets, and package products.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards.
Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
Maintain machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping.
Collect and document production data.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of CNC operator experience .
Ability to manage one or more CNC machines.
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery.
