Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines
(Mazak, Haas, Siemens, Fanuc)
Read and interpret
blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents
Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, FARO) to inspect parts
Monitor machine feed and speed during operations
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues
Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
Work Environment:
Machine shop focused on
precision aerospace and defense manufacturing
Hands-on training for 6–8 weeks before shift assignment
Safety-first culture with opportunities for growth
