As a Mig Welder, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the team in delivering high-quality metalwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s standards and values.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $22.00/hour
Shift:
Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What's the Job?
Perform MIG welding on various metals such as steel and aluminum according to detailed specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy.
Set up and operate welding machines and related tools efficiently and safely.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety guidelines.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
