The salary range for this position is $17.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling aerospace components, working with blueprints, and using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow manufacturing procedures while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assemble aerospace components using tools, jigs, presses, and shop equipment as required.

Inspect completed work for conformance to routers, blueprints, and specifications.

Perform functional tests on assemblies as applicable.

Utilize basic mechanical inspection equipment to verify quality.

Input data into the MRP software (training provided for new hires).

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or related inspection work.

Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints and specifications.

Proficiency in using standard measuring equipment and test instruments.

Strong understanding of basic shop math for measurements and calculations.
