We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Williston, VT!

Summary You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, and low‑slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
Roof maintenance and repairs.
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
2+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Must be able to work at varying heights and during varied weather conditions.
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co‑workers.
Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
Technology savvy.
Working Conditions
Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
Travel: Local, up to 1 hour away.
