Now Hiring: Metal Polishers
We are seeking candidates to join our team as metal polishers and finishers. This role involves polishing, grinding, and finishing metal fabrications and welds using power tools and reading detailed blueprints. While previous polishing experience is not required, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and interest in joining the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Polish finished metal fabrications and welds using hand tools, power tools, and grinding tool.
Support other departments such as assembly, welding, and machining.
Quality inspection of finished components.
Read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with power tools.
Previous experience with autobody or automotive repair and/or metalworking.
Familiarity with grinding, polishing, deburring, and metal finishing techniques beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
