About Seasonal Jobs
Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: sales consultants who provide tailored suggestions, solutions, active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Seasonal Service & Engagement: advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank and exceed expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery.
Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: experts in operations, process and efficiency enabling a consistent experience by ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
What We Offer

Experience in retail fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management and process efficiency.
Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Comfortable with stocking, setting and selling Target products – core job duties.
Looking for a role beyond a Monday‑to‑Friday desk job; prefer busy, active work, especially on weekends.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
Capable of working independently and with a team.
Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Experience climbing ladders, scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently, including moving up to 40 pounds.
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance required.
