Compensation Average: $19 per hour ($18/hr base + sales bonus).
Schedule Flexible schedules including daytime, evening, mid‑week and weekend shifts that suit your availability.
Location Waterway Richmond Heights – 1200 S. Brentwood Blvd, Richmond Heights, MO 63117. Other locations across St. Louis available.

Qualifications
Be friendly and engaging; a positive attitude and will to succeed.
No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Current and valid driver’s license.
Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.
Ability to comply with local/State health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales.
Meet local/State minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol (where applicable).
Ability to complete all required trainings/certifications necessary to perform any of the required functions.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer, both outside and inside.
Keep convenience store merchandise stocked, displays clean, and take inventory as directed.
Maintain point‑of‑sale transaction and cash drawer integrity, effectively using transaction technology.
Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, especially those related to safety.
Additional detail:
Car Washes – identify customer needs and present complimentary solutions.
Clean Car Club memberships – identify wash frequency, present options and benefits.
Retail merchandise – enthusiastically offer additional purchase options in the convenience store.
Other Functions
Perform various administrative tasks, e.g., making bank deposits, picking up or delivering supplies from other stores or retailers.
Perform various transactional functions to meet customer demand and store staffing needs.
Perform other functions as identified and directed by management.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Environmental – primarily outdoors year‑round, exposed to temperature variations, weather, humidity, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery, moving parts, and brief noise.
Physical – periods of extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level, working under fast‑paced conditions.
Vision and Hearing – visual acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception, hearing and speech understanding.
Language – fluent English for business communication.
Cognitive – perform arithmetic calculations and operate data entry devices.
Attendance – maintain regular, predictable, punctual attendance; work schedule may include irregular hours, weekends, overtime, holidays.
