What You’ll Do: As a Fence Install Apprentice, you’ll work closely with lead installers on residential and commercial fencing projects. You’ll learn the fundamentals of fence installation, including:
Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Assisting with post‑hole digging and setting posts securely
Installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences
Following all safety procedures and job site protocols
Collaborating with your team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior experience in fencing or construction is a plus—but not required
