United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, PA

is seeking its next employee‑owner team member. New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience to help you grow in your career. Symbia offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers! This will be a PART TIME role with steady weekly working hours – must be available mostly weekdays and at least a Monday and/or Friday. Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists. Valid state license. Work weekdays – 3 to 5 days per week (flexibility on days worked as long as a Monday or a Friday is one of the days assigned). Acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is great to have but not always required. Nethealth experience a plus! Why work for us?
