Schedule:
Tuesday 4-8p, Wednesday 4-10p, Thursday 4p-9p, Friday 4p-10p
Starting Pay:
$34/hr, weekend shift differentials available.

Responsibilities
Ensure medical needs of the individuals we serve are met.
Assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.
Qualifications
Current LPN license.
Valid driver’s license.
Access to a vehicle.
Ability to pass our employment screening process.
