Goldfish Swim School is looking for FUN, ENERGETIC individuals who like to splash and play in the pool!
We provide the training so no previous instructor experience is required. You just need to LOVE working with children and the water!!
We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as part of our program and we hope to see you in our pools soon!
Swim Instructors teach students ranging in ages 4 months - 12 years in a 90 degree pool!

Must have reliable transportation. Promote a positive environment that fosters fun, safety, and learning. Treat every student fairly and equally regardless of circumstances and abilities, making each feel good about themselves and encouraging a fun environment. Arrive with ample time to report to position at the scheduled time. Be responsible and fulfill your commitments to scheduled shifts. Ensure the safety of swim lesson students at all times. Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Evaluate students' progress, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Interact with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills. Act as a GFSS “ambassador” to ensure parental satisfaction. Use problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter. Inspect pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Report issues to management as appropriate. Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment. Place and remove lane lines. Perform light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. on occasion. Attend required/mandatory training, workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours. Assume other responsibilities as given by a supervisor. Willingness to cross train as needed. Job Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work with children. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Time management skills. High energy. Strong work ethic. Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
