Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate the register, process cash transactions, provide purchase suggestions, and support the food program.
Maintain store appearance and deliver fast, friendly service across various areas of the store.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with customers daily while working as part of a collaborative team.
Required Skills and Experience
Selling products to customers
Providing excellent customer care
Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
Ability to perform at a quick pace while enjoying the work
Team player who can accomplish daily goals
Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience
Sales associate or cashiering experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in your career
Willingness to learn and have fun
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours daily.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects, requiring eye‑hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or remove signs.
