Overview Work in manufacturing areas performing tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Responsibilities are assigned by the Production Supervisor and must be completed safely to support our

Target Zero

safety goal.

Key Responsibilities

Operate packaging machines and assist in developing accurate operating procedures.

Perform machine setup following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Keep machines clean and in good working order; inspect for worn or broken parts.

Produce products according to the daily schedule and supervisor priorities.

Follow packaging procedures to correctly identify, label, and code all packages.

Prevent contamination during batch changes per SOPs.

Notify supervisor and maintenance lead of needed repairs.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and equipment checks.

Develop working knowledge of resource numbers, label groups, and packaging materials.

Complete additional tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Ability to change shifts to cover business needs.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing preferred.

Skills:

Organizational: Ability to follow directions and manage tasks.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

Problem‑Solving: Analytical and creative approach.

Technical: High school‑level math and basic hand tool skills.

Physical Requirements

Lift 30–50 lbs multiple times daily.

Stand for up to 4 hours at a time.

Perform repetitive bending and stretching.

Wear and maintain PPE; follow PPE policies.

Contact lenses prohibited.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,800.00 and $71,400.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
