Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as orderedMonitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

Accurately document nursing care and interventions

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania

CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required

Compassionate, reliable, strong team player
