What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in apartment homes
Installing and maintaining appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers
Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Handling light plumbing and electrical repairs
Painting, caulking, lock changes, and general interior/exterior upkeep
Working as part of a high‑performing maintenance team
Participating in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For
HVAC Certification (Required)
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
At least 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience or related field work
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive, professional attitude and commitment to excellent resident service
Dependable, self‑driven, and organized
