Shift Supervisor
Location: Nike Adapt - 165 Wingo Road, Byhalia, MS 38611. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full‑time shift; days and hours may vary and include nights and weekends.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications
3 to 5 years of previous kitchen management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
