Job Summary We are seeking experienced Paint / Sandblasters to join a manufacturing environment supporting industrial coating and surface preparation operations. This role requires hands‑on experience with abrasive blasting and conventional spray applications on industrial components.
Essential Job Duties
Perform abrasive blasting (grit blast) to prepare metal surfaces for coating
Apply inorganic zinc, epoxy coatings, and high-temperature topcoats per specifications
Operate conventional spray equipment (not airless systems)
Inspect coated surfaces to ensure quality, coverage, and compliance
Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and coating specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience applying inorganic zinc coatings
Experience with high-temperature topcoat applications
Experience applying epoxy coatingsMinimum 2 years of abrasive blasting (grit blast) experience
Experience using conventional spray application methods
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial or manufacturing paint experience
Ability to read work instructions and coating specifications
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
