Housekeeping Supervisor

General Description Assists the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to‑day supervising, directing and assuring the completion of all housekeeping tasks assigned to the housekeeping attendants and house persons. Housekeeping Supervisors are to ensure a high degree of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. They are responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guests’ requests and are to maintain complete knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, services, procedures and standards.
