This is an evergreen Test Technician role. We are not actively hiring at this moment, but we continually accept applications and maintain a talent pool. Resumes will be reviewed once an active opening becomes available.
Inspect, photograph, and document products for assessment against international, national, and customer-specific requirements
Perform and monitor product testing according to applicable standards, procedures, and project scope
Collect and record test data (e.g., test data sheets, graphs) and prepare accurate test reports, incident reports, and technical summaries
Operate, troubleshoot, and care for test equipment (including customized rigs and software) and validate calibrations are current and within range during use
Update supervisors and program managers with daily project status and complete work within agreed timelines and budgets
Support shipping and receiving of samples, logging/tagging, and consumables control; perform equipment verifications or calibrations and proficiency testing as assigned
Follow all TÜV SÜD quality, safety, and information-security policies; report equipment or sample damage immediately, and complete timesheets daily
Ability to understand and apply basic electrical and/or mechanical concepts in a lab environment
Proven attention to detail with experience performing tests to written procedures and documenting results
Proficiency operating laboratory test equipment and using MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organization and communication skills; remains focused and professional in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work overtime as required
Technical degree or equivalent training/experience preferred
