What You'll Do
Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices
Complete a range of computer work including developing reports, designing presentations, and data entry
General Administrative Functions such as telephone calls, email, mail and filing
Proactively maintain Outlook calendars
Creates PowerPoint presentations and associated materials for meetings
Coordinates onsite and offsite meetings and arranges travel
Supporting special projects as well as perform some administrative functions such as data management and basic data analysis
Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Need
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
Must have a high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers, company leaders, and customers in a positive manner required
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company
Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills
Your Education
High School Diploma or GED required
