Deliver Top‑Notch Patient Care Use the full nursing process??ssessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation??o provide evidence‑based, compassionate care. Think on Your Feet Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations. Medication Mastery Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care. Educate & Empower Patients Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Prioritize Safety & Quality Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision. What You Bring to the Table

Education Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

BSN preferred.

Licensure & Certs Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.

BLS required.

NRP required.

ACLS & PALS preferred.

Experience Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required.

Skills & Strengths Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.

Collaborative, patient‑first mindset.

Cool under pressure with top‑notch time management.
