Grand Forks County
Grand Forks County is accepting applications for a Custodian. Under general supervision, the Custodian performs a variety of cleaning, custodial, and light maintenance duties to support the daily operations of County facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the County Office Building, County Courthouse, Juvenile Detention Facility, County Correctional Facility, Sheriff’s Office, and other assigned facilities. Work may include floor care, restroom sanitation, waste removal, minor repairs, and other related duties to ensure facilities are presentable, functional, and welcoming to staff and the public.

Status and Hours: Full-time (based on a 40 hours per week), benefit eligible. 2:00pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. There might be a variation to work hours and days to support the department and County needs.
Basic Requirements: High school graduation or equivalency. Six (6) months of previous work experience in building and/or grounds maintenance.
