Youth Soccer Coach (Part‑time)
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part‑time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2‑8. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. Location
Castro Valley and San Leandro. Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available). Schedule
Hours between M‑F, 8:30am‑5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am‑1pm) Must be available to work one day out of the weekend. Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall). Monday through Friday: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional. Saturdays: mornings are required. A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Base Pay
– The training rate is $22/hour. After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time). Pay can be up to $35/hour through advancement. Additional Pay

– No experience is required! We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots’ clear and easy‑to‑learn curriculum. Career Progression

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity. Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set‑up and take‑down. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Utilize expert‑created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Qualifications
