A local bar in Orlando is looking for a Bar Back to support bartenders during setup, service, and closing. You'll need to interact with guests, providing assistance and ensuring their needs are met. Ideal candidates must be self-motivated, possess effective communication skills, and have good organizational abilities. Prior experience as a bar back or in similar roles is preferred but not required. The environment will have physical demands including the ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various conditions.
