Job Description
Position: Full‑Time Flex Security Officer
Pay: $18.15/hr, increasing to $19.56/hr after 90 days
Location: Major automaker in Sterling Heights, MI
Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays 6 AM–2 PM; Tuesdays & Wednesdays 2 PM–10 PM
Driver’s license: valid for more than 1 year
Payment options: DailyPay, WeeklyPay
Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Officer.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles, 21 for armed roles.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required; applicants may be considered with criminal histories where consistent with applicable laws.
Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required per state or local laws.
Valid driver’s license required.
