• Develop and lead ORM and growth hacking strategies to strengthen hola Prime's online reputation.
• Monitor public and private chats in public and private communities across social media platforms, forums, subreddits, Quora discussions, review sites, and more.
• Engage proactively with users to build positive sentiment across organic, paid, referral, and affiliate channels.
• Provide real-time monitoring, reporting, and support during crisis situations.
• Lead SEO-driven content creation and leverage AI and automation tools to improve activation and retention.
• Collaborate across teams (product, marketing, sales, DevOps, and data) to stay aligned with company priorities, user feedback, and operational goals.
• Track, measure, and report ORM metrics such as sentiment, NPS score distribution, effectiveness and influencer tactics to stakeholders regularly.
• Implement SEO content distribution, effectiveness and influencer tactics to maximize reach and engagement.
• Mentor and lead a team of ORM, community, and growth specialists.
Key Responsibilities
• Proven experience in ORM, growth hacking, or digital performance marketing with demonstrated success in scaling online presence. • Excellent written communication and crisis management skills. • Familiarity with ORM/social listening and analytics tools (e.g., BrandWatch, Mention, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and funnel/cohort platforms). • Experience with tools for community engagement and conversions built successfully. Required Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading (industry preferred). • Strong understanding of B2C, content strategy, community building, and growth mechanics. • Hands‑on understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and referral platforms to maximize engagement. • Entrepreneurial track record of scaling communities and improving funnel sentiment and retention.
