Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager , your mission is to lead complex, engineered-to-order centrifugal compressor projects from concept to delivery, ensuring every milestone is met with excellence. You will be the driving force behind seamless collaboration between our teams and our customers, delivering tailored solutions that meet exact specifications — on time and on budget.
Your leadership will ensure that every project strengthens our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. By fostering a transparent and collaborative relationship with our clients, you will help maintain a profitable and trusted partnership that reflects the Atlas Copco standard of excellence.
You will report to the Program Manager.
Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction : Maintain clear communication and check‑ins with customers and internal teams, lead commercial negotiations to ensure profitable and collaborative outcomes, and manage escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and balance business and technical needs.
Project Leadership : Apply and promote project management principles, mentor team members and support development, identify and remove roadblocks, and drive effective communication and collaboration.
Project Execution : Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, manage scope changes and customer requests while protecting profitability, and close feedback loops quickly to support continuous improvement.
Additional Duties : Provide after‑hours support and travel, collaborate with the commissioning team to improve project execution, and support the program management team with special assignments.

You have at least 5 years of project management experience (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience supervising and managing staff.
You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience.
You have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS-Project.
