Job Description Position:
Professional Security Shift Supervisor
Starting Pay:
$21.52 per hour, paid weekly with DailyPay options & benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services during a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as liaison between site supervisor, account manager/field operations manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 1 year of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months).
Hair follicle drug test required.
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
Subject to state and local licensing requirements.
Background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test required; may be required to pass a driver’s record check.
Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Physical:
Work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat); occasionally lift or carry up to 40 lbs; climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
