Your Opportunity: Take charge of sales in a premium aesthetic environment where your leadership and client engagement directly impact success. As an Aesthetic Sales Manager, you’ll drive results, guide a sales team, and create exceptional experiences that encourage clients to return.
What You’ll Do:
Lead sales of treatment packages and services, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with estheticians and nurses for pre- and post-treatment consultations to maximize client satisfaction.
Mentor, coach, and motivate your team to consistently reach and exceed sales goals.
Ensure every client receives a professional, personalized, and memorable experience.
Utilize provided client leads—no walk-ins or cold calling required.
Optional: Travel to assist other locations, with all expenses covered.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or luxury services.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, client-focused, and results-driven personality.
Skilled in upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Compensation & Growth:
Guaranteed $3,000 monthly base pay + Additional commission no capping .
