A good partner of ours is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join their growing Accounting firm in Gaithersburg, MD.
This is a full-time, salaried, fully onsite position supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role requires strong administrative expertise, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while serving as a trusted partner to executives and internal teams.
Requirements & Duties
Must have EA experience at an Accounting Firm OR similar to accounting like financial services, banking, etc. Must have 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience The role is administrative in nature and supports both executive leadership and the administrative team. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Tax return assembly (paper and electronic, including SafeSend) Billing and invoice creation Calendar management Generating, editing, and creating reports Assisting with 1099 assemblies Preparing documents for mailing or delivery Assisting the administrative team lead with various projects and preparations Front Desk Coverage
Answering phones Creating certified mail Creating FedEx labels and preparing packages for drop-off Checking in staff Managing front desk emails and requests Staff timesheet reporting to management $50,000 - $60,000 a year Excellent benefits. 100% employer-paid for health insurance, great 401k plan, profit sharing, etc.
