Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC is seeking a

Quick Service Technician – Student/Apprentice

to join our service team. This position is ideal for

automotive students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to start a hands‑on career in the automotive industry .

What You’ll Do

Perform oil and filter changes

Rotate tires and check vehicle safety items

Check and top off fluids

Replace batteries, filters, and wiper blades

Complete multi-point inspections

Work alongside experienced technicians and service advisors

Learn dealership processes, tools, and repair documentation

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an automotive or technical program

(preferred, not required)

Strong interest in building an automotive career

Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work as part of a team

Basic mechanical aptitude

Valid driver’s license
