Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The role requires evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, placing them into a rolling machine for processing, maintaining a clean work area, and sorting and staging rolled mats for delivery. Production is incentive‑based; the associate must meet or exceed a rolling‑mat production standard to qualify for higher hourly pay. Skills / Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States. 18 years of age or older. Work Expectations
Adhere to the company attendance policy. Work safely in close proximity to coworkers for extended periods. Perform well in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment that requires quick completion of tasks. Physical Qualifications, With or Without Reasonable Accommodation
