Maintenance Technician , you’ll be elbow‑deep in the machinery—getting dirty, fixing what’s broken, and keeping the line rolling. If you thrive on troubleshooting and don’t mind a bit of grit under your nails, this is where your mechanical mindset makes a real impact.
Status: 1st Shift

Compensation range Min $32.30 per hour
Mid $38.00 per hour
Max $41.00 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance across foundry, machining, injection molding, and other production equipment. Work closely with contractors and engineering staff on new systems and machine enhancements. Use technical documentation and OEM specs to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Keep parts inventories up to date and minimize downtime.
About You Be able to do the job as described. Comfortable working with low voltage and in tight spaces. Skilled in interpreting blueprints, manuals, and schematics. Familiar with Microsoft Office and industrial documentation. PLC/automation experience is a plus.
