skilled and experienced 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer
to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position in a professional dealership environment focused on high-quality workmanship and premium products. Position Details
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Employment Type:
Full-time Compensation:
$27.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Environment:
Dedicated 1.5 installation bays with high-end tools and materials Vehicle Types:
New and lightly used vehicles from our
Honda, Toyota, and Nissan
dealerships Responsibilities
Install 3M paint protection film with precision and attention to detail Properly prepare vehicle surfaces to meet high-quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Deliver consistent, top-tier results on every vehicle Work independently while meeting dealership quality expectations Qualifications
Proven experience
installing 3M or comparable paint protection films Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to manage installations efficiently and professionally Dependable, self-motivated, and quality-focused Dealership or high-volume installation experience preferred Why Join Inver Grove Honda?
