Position Details Starting pay rate: $49.01/hr (non‑negotiable). Position start date: May 2026.
Primary Purpose of Position Repair and maintain electrical equipment such as motors, generators, commutators, circuit breakers, controls and relays, switches.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Assist higher classification electrical mechanics in performing their duties.
Make routine inspections of electrical equipment during outages and report conditions found.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma
Ability to pass pre‑employment testing
Ability to work different shifts
Ability to receive unescorted nuclear access
AND one of the following:
Associates degree in a technical field
Two years minimum related electrical military experience
Two years minimum experience as a journeyperson electrician
Two years minimum equivalent journeyperson electrician experience in industrial employment
Seniority Level Entry level
