What You'll Do
Start your day from home in a fully equipped company vehicle
Get paid from the moment you start your engine (Port-to-Port Pay!)
Use a company-provided iPad to manage work orders and documentation
Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer support
Focus on service-not sales. Our office team handles quotes, parts, and billing
What We're Looking For
Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required)
Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required)
Strong technical and electrical skills – able to read wiring diagrams and manuals
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools
Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
Most importantly: a curious mind and a willingness to learn
