A Typical Day Reporting to the Sales Contact Center Supervisor, the responsibilities include performing key functions within the sales organization including conducting outbound calls to borrowers as well as proper routing of inbound customer calls to appropriate groups.
The Sales Contact Center Supervisor will:
Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns
Emphasize benefits of Pennymac competitive advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to customer’s needs and provide appropriate rebuttal options as applicable
Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately
Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems
Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks
Act in accordance department performance expectations and demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
