Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Assemble equipment such as tourniquets, needles, disposable containers, gauze, cotton, and alcohol on a work tray according to test requirements.
Handle urine analysis and perform routine blood drawing procedures.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program; 2–3 year experience required.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

Smyrna, GA.
