Property Manager (Industrial)
JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Irvine, CA. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
Base pay range:
$95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a Property Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team. You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to communicate well and manage client, tenant and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution and client retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare properties
Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
CA Real Estate License required within 120 days
Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
Desired Qualities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization and with external clients
Tech‑minded, proficient in using technology tools and continuously improving skills
Strong performer with a proven track record of results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
