The Picker/Packer I is responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions
Mark and label containers, container tags, or products.
Pick, pack and audit customer orders
Relabel and repack customer orders
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Pack customer orders and other outbound cargo for shipment.
Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
Update required databases and spreadsheets with order information
Print required labels and documents for all orders
Check and respond to emails related to order processing and job functions
Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
Six months to one year related experience preferred
Knowledge of shipping computer software is helpful
Ability to work safely, and to recognize potential hazards in a noisy warehouse environment in which employees move about regularly in the midst of heavy equipment in motion
