family, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to bring skilled, compassionate care to our residents during the evening shift. If you're a detail-oriented nurse who enjoys meaningful one-on-one care and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Provide and oversee
high-quality nursing care
tailored to each resident
Conduct
clinical assessments
and document resident health status
Monitor chronic conditions and manage medication administration
Communicate changes in care with residents’ families and providers
Collaborate with the care team to maintain
a safe, respectful environment
Be a steady, familiar presence for residents during evening hours
What You Bring:
Active LPN license in the State of Minnesota
Experience in
assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or home health
preferred
Comfort using
electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Strong planning, communication, and time management skills
A commitment to
person-centered, relationship-driven care
