Fall Cohort for students graduating Spring/Summer 2026
Launch your nursing career with confidence through our exceptional Nurse Residency Program—created to support, mentor, and empower new graduates as they step into professional nursing. This position is designed for soon-to-graduate nursing students. This program provides structured education, hands-on experience, and a strong community of support during your transition from classroom to clinical care. Candidates accepted into the residency must pass the NCLEX and obtain their Oregon RN license within 90 days of graduation before starting.
Applicants who are selected may also choose to start working sooner as a Nurse Intern, which requires Oregon licensure appropriate for the role. This pathway allows you to gain experience, build skills, and smoothly step into your RN position once fully licensed.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Required: Must have completed or near completion of an accredited school of professional nursing program
