Listing Coordinator – Carbondale

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our CB Mason Morse team in Carbondale, CO. The right candidate will help attend to the needs of our brokers and clients along with handling inquiries both on the phone and in person. They will be responsible for listing contracts and their files, assist the marketing department with the advertising of our listings and help keep the office and supplies clean and organized. This position reports to the Managing Broker. Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shift Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00 per hour. Essential Functions

Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls. Make all clients and guests feel welcome by phone or in person. Manage classified ads, mailings, assemble listing presentations and assist brokers with other related real estate projects. Sort and handle all incoming or outgoing mail. Maintain and update listing files. Enter and upload listing information, photos, videos and virtual tours into Flex MLS, the company’s real estate transaction software and our servers. Handle showing requests and enter them along with any changes into the transaction software. Create flyers and B2B’s when applicable. Coordinate with the Marketing Department on advertising, submit ad proofing to brokers, and assist with gathering ads and marketing information for our in‑house marketing collateral and promotion. Update the Marketing and Finance Departments with new listing information, and changes or withdrawals. Input price changes, expirations, and withdrawals in Flex MLS and our Real Estate Transaction Software. Work in conjunction with other staff members to manage stock and inventories, including ordering supplies and stationery, stocking supplies, and managing, tracking and organizing the sign inventory. Assist with onboarding of new brokers. Support, notify and work with the Managing Broker to resolve any issues that arise with transactions, in or out of house brokers, or other issues that affect office and company policies. Cross‑train and help co‑workers when needed during busy times or when others are on vacation. Requirements

Professional personal presentation. Excellent customer service. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop Elements. Attentive to detail and organized. Reliability.
