Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.**Essential Job Duties*** Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.* Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.* Set routes with drivers.* Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.* Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.* May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.* Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.* Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.* Assume other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Not responsible for supervising employees.**Minimum Requirements****Education & Experience*** High School Diploma/GED* 0+ years of experience required**Preferred Requirements*** No Preferred Education Required**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.* Basic computer skills.* Basic messages communicated orally.
