Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) Join Jerry as a Remote Customer Support Agent (Property & Casualty) to help our customers manage their insurance policies. Jerry is a fast‑growing fintech startup serving over 4 million customers, offering car insurance, financing, safety, and repairs.

How You Will Make An Impact

Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.

Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents.

Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and changes to existing policies.

Help retain Jerry policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.

Who You Are

Multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.

Passionate about helping others.

Have 2 + years of experience working in a call‑center environment.

Strong communication skills and service orientation.

Compensation & Perks

Hourly wage: $19.00 – $21.00.

P&C license paid (expected within 60 days after starting).

Schedule

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 6 am – 4:30 pm ET.

Saturday: 11:30 am – 10 pm ET.
