Customer Service Representative

Domino’s CSR Responsibilities Include:
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Handle customer concerns
Cash handling and correct monetary change
Upsell products
Make high- quality pizzas
Control food portions and maintain food safety standards
Keep store hygienic and clean
Prepare food and general cleaning duties
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Prepare products
Receive and process phone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator allowed)
Make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather during outside tasks
In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and above in some areas
Sudden temperature changes inside and outside
Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
Hot surfaces and tools from oven up to 500°F
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks
Walking short distances for short durations
Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb using a hand truck
Carries items such as large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), and trays of dough (12 lb each)
Pushing and pulling dollies up to 30 lb of trays
Climbing stairs or ladders to change signs and perform maintenance
Stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station and front counter
Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas
Continuous reaching up, down, and forward
Repeated hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination and forearm force
