Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Oradell, NJ | Employment Type: Part-time | Salary Range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
CareOne is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, holds a valid CNA certification, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality patient support.
Responsibilities
Assist nursing staff with basic patient care under direction of registered nurses
Perform feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning of patients, and change linens
Maintain accurate documentation of resident condition and care activities
Demonstrate active participation in team communication and collaborative care planning
Respond to challenging resident behaviors with patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition
Qualifications
Certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws
Valid CNA certification or state testing compliant
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Hands‑on knowledge of patient care appropriate to age‑related resident needs
Team‑player attitude and commitment to collaborative teamwork
Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition to handle difficult residents
Ability to interpret and communicate resident condition information
