The role involves maintaining accurate client records, customer communication via phone and email, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional support and building long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients.

Problem‑solving abilities to address and resolve client inquiries or concerns efficiently.

Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
